本案隱身於中壢老街區，設計從品牌名「冷杉」汲取靈感，重新詮釋建築與街區的歷史記憶。非洲櫻桃木延續舊有馬賽克立面的語彙，營造如森林般溫潤的街景意象；無縫地坪、長虹玻璃與鏡面共同模糊空間邊界，營造漫步霧林般的感受。室內以舊件家具、圓弧動線與不鏽鋼吧台串聯新舊元素，在沉穩木質調中點綴寶藍色，形塑專屬於品牌的空間識別，打造一處讓人放慢步調、自在停留的咖啡場域。

Hidden within the old streets of Zhongli, Silver Tree Coffee draws inspiration from its name to reconnect the building with its historical surroundings. African cherry wood extends the language of the original mosaic façade, evoking the quiet presence of a cedar forest. Seamless flooring, fluted glass, and mirrored surfaces dissolve spatial boundaries, creating the feeling of wandering through misty woodland. Vintage furnishings, gentle curves, and a stainless-steel coffee bar balance old and new, while a touch of sapphire blue establishes the café's distinctive identity. The result is a calm, immersive space that encourages guests to slow down and linger.
